Is the furniture you supply flatpacked or assembled ?
All the furniture we supply is flatpacked which comes with simple to follow instructions for easy assembly.
The measurements you have given on your website are for assembled furniture or flatpack and are they in inches or centimetres ?
Measurements shown are for assembled furniture. Some of the measurements are in inches and some are in milimetres/centimetres. Please check details of all individual products.
Do I have to pay any vat or shipping charges ?
No, all our prices are inclusive of vat and shipping within mainland UK. What you see is what you pay, nothing more.
How can I place my order ?
Its ever so simple. Browse and study the product you wish to buy, and add the product to the shopping cart and follow the online instructions.
What are your payment options ?
There are four options. You can pay online using your debit or credit card. You can send us a cheque by post. You can transfer the payment directly into our Bank Account. You can phone us with your credit card details for us to process.
Are payments on the furniture-base website secure ?

How do you ship the goods ?
We ship our goods via reputed carriers like DHL, UPS and City Link. We also use our own vehicles when required.
How long does it take to receive my order ?
We carry a substantial part of our range in stock, and can deliver the next day provided orders are received by 11.45am. For the products not in stock, most orders are dispatched within 7-10 days.
What if I am unable to receive a delivery ?
In cases where a customer is not present to receive the delivery, the shipping company will leave a card with contact details of the nearest depot from which you may collect or re-arrange delivery.
What if I buy something and I do not like it ?
No problem. Just arrange to return the goods at your cost within seven days of receiving. Goods must be unassembled, undamaged and in its original packing. Once received, we will examine the goods and issue a refund less the shipping charge.
Can I cancel my order ?
If the Buyer wishes to cancel an order, this must be done in writing within 24 hours of ordering. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. If the cancellation is later than that or if the goods have already been dispatched we reserve the right to deduct 10% for cancellation and costs incurred from the refund.
What if I receive damaged or faulty goods ?
In an unlikely event like this you must inform us immediately of the damage, fault or missing parts. We will endeavour our best to send a replacement or the missing parts immediately. You can contact us via our contact us page,
